Rolling 12 dice doesn't show "and X more" in dice results #50

The bot will show 10 dice rolled, even though 12 were rolled. If you roll 13 dice, it will show "and 2 more" in the roll results. This suggests some off-by-one error when calculating whether or not to show the "and X more" message when rolling dice.
